testing, GPU/CPU testing equipment bring up and customer complaint handling. You will be reporting to Product Quality Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling customer complaints and performing failure analysis on GPU/CPU products and determining containment actions and providing message to customers on various quality issues
Working with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause, summarize findings from analysis and driving quality improvements, and corrective actions to resolve the complaints from the customers
Leading meetings with internal teams for improving product quality or participating in the meetings for material dispositions and change requests
Collecting updates from internal teams and suppliers to generate an internal or customer-facing 8D report
Performing data analysis and generating reports
Utilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product quality
Providing technical support for On-site Verification activities
Responding to technical questions from the customers on verification equipment setup
What we need to see:
B.Eng. degree or above (Electronics / Computer Engineering related)
4+ years of experience in Application / Test field
Familiar with Data Center operation and management as well as server architecture and technology
Experienced in board/system level debug
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Excellent problem solving skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of Board and System FA is a plus
Good Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodology
Strong technical/debug skills with Advantest V93000 tester
