In Q4 2023, Intel announced PSG will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future
Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits.
Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin tospecification.
Analyzesand evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and costconstraints.
Autonomouslyplans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Expert understanding of test methodology for ASIC SOC and or FPGAs Proven experience in DFT definition development
Silicon bringup and ATE experience is preferred
Strong digital Standard IEEE IO fundamentals
Well versed in test industry trends and technology
Self-motivated with proven collaboration and leadership skills
Candidate must possess at least a BSMS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years industry experience in IC Design IC Test or equivalent field
