• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers specializing in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, providing guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
• Technical Oversight: Review code and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and high-quality standards.
• Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of applications in Azure, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline to automate testing and deployment processes, ensuring efficient code delivery.
• Problem Solving: Address technical challenges related to .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, providing solutions to ensure project success.
