: You will be part of a sub team within the Procurement department. You will be working closely with Procurement Operations, Sourcing, Vendor Enablement and Financial Systems teams as well as be responsible for maintaining the system tools and enhancing Ivalua end user experience. This role will also be a key global support for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the business by solving technical errors and liaising with the buyers and approvers when required
Work closely with the main stakeholders to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the Ivalua system promptly, aiming for timely resolution and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance Ivalua end user experience
Collaborate with Financial System Team by performing UAT Testing to implement system upgrades and changes
Maintain the Approval Matrix and monitor the integration error queue in order to meet our SOX controls
Act as a point of contact for performing analysis and providing reporting to the business
Work closely with the Financial System team for sprint planning and ensure appropriate communication is being shared with the business
Ticketing system ownership, proactively monitor the queue and respond the requests according to the SLA
Support the performance of SOX and non-SOX controls and ensure Procurement Policies and documented Procedures are enforced
Perform any ad-hoc tasks related to the Functional admin tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor degree or equivalnet
1 - 3 years proven experience as Technical / System Administrator, within Ivalua S2P platform is advantageous
Systems knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Procurement Tool and or any other system is a plus
S2P / P2P Procurement knowledge would be an advantage
Knowledge of internal and external accounting standards and guidelines including compliance and SOX controls
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Proactive attitude and ownership skills
Comfortability learning new software/tools with the minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and adapt to the situation
Attention to detail, experience with dealing with high volumes of data in accordance with the specific instructions
Previous experience with data validation and analysis, system integration errors required
