What you’ll do

• Strategic Leadership : Devise and execute sophisticated testing strategies within SAP projects to ensure optimal system correctness, reliability, and scalability.
• Expert Management : Manage large-scale, multidisciplinary testing initiatives with advanced expertise in SAP solutions, a deep understanding of business processes, and Test automation solutions.
• Complex Test Design : Architect comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Automation Strategy : Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive test automation strategy using the latest and recommended tools and technologies.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to align testing activities with business objectives.
• Advanced Test Methodologies : Innovate and implement advanced test methodologies like risk-based testing, model-based testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Risk Management and Compliance : Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and ensure all testing activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and security standards.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the testing team.
• Governance Structures : Establish governance structures for test management, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Innovation : Promote innovation through the implementation of advanced test automation frameworks and methods.
• AI and Machine Learning Integration : Lead initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into testing processes for enhanced predictive analytics and automated test generation.

You’ll will bring advanced expertise in SAP solutions, business processes, and test automation frameworks, the ability to devise and execute sophisticated testing strategies, and experience in managing large-scale testing initiatives. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• More than10 years of SAP testing experience, with 5+ years in a senior managerial or lead role overseeing large-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and integration platforms.
• Proficiency in advanced test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, SAP Cloud ALM).
• Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Tricentis Suite, SAP TAO).
• Strong background in CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker).
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
• Proven track record of leading SAP testing in an Agile/Scrum environment.
