Description
You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the high-quality release of analytics data pipelines from client to server. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all quality assurance processes, such as test planning, estimation, execution, and automation, to guarantee timely delivery of our commitments.This role requires a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- In depth experience leading a quality engineering team.
- Proven experience managing projects and processes in a cross-functional environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a focus on driving key issues to resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, motivate, and develop top-quality talent.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following technologies: Python, SQL, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Swift/XCUI is a plus.
- Expertise in test automation architecture, test planning, execution, and triage across multiple platforms.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of distilling complex analyses and concepts into concise, business-focused insights.
