Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management, digital content publishing and management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong data competency with proven track record of deriving insights from data and using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Hire and lead a team of Content Program Managers. You’ll set the strategy for your team and be accountable for planning, execution, performance, and results, ensuring your priorities align with business goals.
  • Coach your team, model desired behaviors, demonstrate care, and be an active participant in growing their careers.
  • Leverage tools and processes to measure and analyze content performance to develop strategies that continually increase and maintain content health and accuracy. This will involve improving content effectiveness, managing the content lifecycle, and establishing a working partnership with internal stakeholders like product managers, support, and marketing.
  • Use your professional expertise to anticipate and identify trend changes and adapt work accordingly, and share knowledge, best practices, and insights across teams.
  • Drive innovation within your team to explore and experiment with new ways of creating and delivering support content.
  • Define a rhythm of business to keep everyone informed and drive for results.
