In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing security operations, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, regulations, and laws.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and customers
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to mitigate identified risks
- Manage security budgets and equipment, and ensure the department is equipped with the necessary resources to effectively carry out its responsibilities. Certificates, CISSP , CISM
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including employees, customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security management software.
