Job Description

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns with a particular focus on event management across the Central European Region (CER). This role is responsible for ensuring that all campaigns, including events, are strategically aligned, well-coordinated, and deliver measurable results.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Technical, Regulatory) and external agencies for high-quality campaigns.

  • Align strategies with local and global stakeholders for effective resource use.

  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination for successful campaign and event implementation.

Budget and Performance Analysis

  • Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking.

  • Analyze KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Provide regular reporting on performance with actionable insights.

Compliance and Innovation

  • Ensure campaigns and events comply with regulatory, data protection, and company guidelines.

  • Test new marketing approaches and technologies for enhanced campaign performance.

Must Haves:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, campaign, or event management; expertise with external agencies and internal stakeholders; experience in a matrix organization.

  • Skills: Strong project management; exceptional communication and presentation; fluency in English and one local CER language; analytical mindset for campaign evaluation and budget management; effective organization in non-direct reporting; knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.

Nice to haves:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Spot.Me, CEvent).

  • Familiary with VEEVA CRM or VEEVA Promomats

  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).

  • Fast learner with a flexible mindset.

  • Knowledge of multiple CER languages is an advantage.
