Job Description
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns with a particular focus on event management across the Central European Region (CER). This role is responsible for ensuring that all campaigns, including events, are strategically aligned, well-coordinated, and deliver measurable results.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Technical, Regulatory) and external agencies for high-quality campaigns.
Align strategies with local and global stakeholders for effective resource use.
Facilitate clear communication and coordination for successful campaign and event implementation.
Budget and Performance Analysis
Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking.
Analyze KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide regular reporting on performance with actionable insights.
Compliance and Innovation
Ensure campaigns and events comply with regulatory, data protection, and company guidelines.
Test new marketing approaches and technologies for enhanced campaign performance.
Must Haves:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, campaign, or event management; expertise with external agencies and internal stakeholders; experience in a matrix organization.
Skills: Strong project management; exceptional communication and presentation; fluency in English and one local CER language; analytical mindset for campaign evaluation and budget management; effective organization in non-direct reporting; knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Spot.Me, CEvent).
Familiary with VEEVA CRM or VEEVA Promomats
Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
Fast learner with a flexible mindset.
Knowledge of multiple CER languages is an advantage.
