Job Overview:

• Understand and categorize each Royalties Certificate, perform the contract mapping and process following detail steps very methodically and meticulously.

• Translating using available tools data from Chinese to English (no real need to know Chinese language) to prep report summary, download / upload, and consolidation.

• Follow up with Compliance for questions of the certificates. Manage the “bounced “certificate emails.

• Keep track of certificates received, not received, and follow-ups for missing reports.

• Manage reports to show management about the reporting – how many certs, using Salesforce and Tableau.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability. Save certificates on Company tools and systems.

• Customer translation & research (using translator)

• Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.

• Individual will require to take evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.

• Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years relevant industry experience in processing, analysis and operations

• Excellent Advance Excel Skills. Test will be conducted as part of interview process.

• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors in commerce / science / economics / and/or,

• Diploma in Business Analytics or Processing; Six Sigma
