Required qualifications are:
• Very good knowledge in Python
• Extensive experience with object-oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms
• Strong experience in mentoring junior engineers
• Understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models
• Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
Nice to have:
• Good German skills
• General knowledge of AI models, training and/or fine tuning, grounding, and inferencing
