Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with RMs to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with CITI’s value proposition.

Serves as strategic advisor toindustry/ segment heads,RMs and Clients
Attracts, retains and motivates a team, along with responsibility for managing a budget and meeting team sales goals.
Sets business strategy and leads execution of initiatives
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time
May also create and implement broader strategy across a segment or multiple geographies
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years of Corporate or Commercial Banking experience, preferably within roles of increasing responsibility
Undergraduate business degree, advanced degree is preferred
Demonstrated success driving business results through effective sales management
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change; a reputation for retaining, attracting and developing talent
Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
Required knowledge inCash and Trade services
Education:
Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
MBA preferred
Fluent in Spanish & English
