Your key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information from the client and its sector, as well as the functional areas within the project.
- Contribute with insights and ideas and assist in drafting high quality project reports.
- Support experienced colleagues in the design, analysis and optimization of processes
- Support the implementation of recommendations and solutions, in close alignment with clients’ teams, ensuring the creation of tangible impact.
- Review and performing financial process optimization leveraging established best practices and tools.
- Identify potential challenges and business needs, and propose recommendations of a strategic and operational nature, to "transform” our client’s businesses.
- Enabling the finance function of the future together with our clients, e.g. in the areas of corporate governance, business intelligence and optimized financial processes that reflect industry- and business-specific needs.
- Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services.
- Train and develop the junior teams involved in the project.

To Qualify for the role, you must have
- A university degree preferably in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Business Administration with excellent results.
- A minimum of 3 years experience delivering change in a Finance function environment – gained either from prior experience in consulting or through a track record of delivering change/transformation projects in industry.
- Experience in Financial planning and analysis.
- Experience delivering business change in one or more of the following areas would be expected:
- Budgeting model development and automation.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations including active participation in planning, business case, and design phases – as a subject matter expert in the area of finance and accounting.
- Business Performance Management (BPM) implementations including active participation in planning, business case, and design phases – as a subject matter expert in the area of financial planning and analysis.
- Reporting transformation using Business Intelligence, data analytics and visualisation tools.
- Robotic Process Automation.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A professional financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
- Knowledge of one or more of the following systems: SAP, Tagetik, Oracle ERP, Anaplan
