The position will be responsible for developing and managing the EMEA Agency Sales Program to help agencies and their clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners. Success in this position requires strong sales, vendor partnership, cross -functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Most importantly, you will bring a passion for helping others achieve results.This position is a 12 month maternity cover role located in either the Dublin or London office.
EMEA Regional Sales Manager - Agency. 12 Month Contract Responsibilities
  • Develop regional sales strategy and lead end-to-end execution of global sales programs and outsourced sales via vendor partners
  • Deliver against quarter targets in sales leads, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor progress against goals and performance manage vendors across EMEA to meet and exceed productivity metrics
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
  • Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
  • Identify actionable insights to improve sales results and team strategy
  • Travel to vendor sites at least twice per quarter
Minimum Qualifications
  • Approx. 8+ years’ experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing, communicating & collaborating with cross-functional groups both internally and externally to produce meaningful & impactful results
  • Prior experience working across regional and global partners
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
  • Knowledge in data concepts and principles to prove ability to think analytically
  • Demonstrable prioritisation skills that facilitate the most effective & impact-orientated contributions to key strategic business objectives & customer growth
