The RDC is the first point of contact and go-to person for all resource matters on a day-to-day basis, with primary contacts including Managers and Partners. The RDC is responsible for escalating any issues and concerns to their Resource Manager but is expected to resolve issues themselves in the majority.Responsibilities
Ideally, you will have experience of working in resourcing, workflow, general HR or operations. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage but not a requirement.
