The international movement of goods means taxes and regulatory requirements. In Global Customs we work towards facilitating and optimizing trade while meeting increasing regulation. You will be working within a diverse team, focusing on an array of projects ranging from customs classification to the importation of the goods.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support Global Customs projects defined by the VP Global Customs
- Assist in the organisation of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and information packages for the workshops
- Support customs process improvement and automation initiatives
- Assist in the design and implementation of data analytics capabilities for the customs function
- Support data quality audits
- Support onboarding markets into the new customs solution and way of working
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Students with emphasis on the areas of supply chain, law, international trade, business, logistics, information systems
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
- Good planning and organizational skills, and ability to work and deliver in dynamic environment while adhering to specified deadlines
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and explain laws and regulations
- Team player, enthusiasm, and desire to learn
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English & Spanish, written and spoken
- No prior working experience in supply chain/customs needed

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship

- Ability to relocate to Zaragoza in Spain or the full duration of the internship
