Summary & Role Information

• Support business and IT alignment on Material Master data for Services products.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive issue resolution with Data Object Owners.
• Enable IT delivery teams by improving data management and building stakeholder trust.
• Support strategic programs and develop expertise in Material Master data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues with Business and IT, focusing on data processes.
• Support data governance tasks like Material Lifecycle Management and Data Quality Dashboards.
• Act as a Master Data Expert and support compliance audits.
• Potential to become a Product Owner for Material Master Data Applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal IT teams.
• Highlight team successes and share them across the organization.

Experience (Role Requirements)

• 3+ years in software industry roles like Business Process Management or Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of business processes, especially commercialization and sales cycles, Services knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Proven project delivery experience and technical skills in data modeling.
• Proficiency in internal IT systems (e.g., CRM, Jira) and fluency in English.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments and matrix organizations.
