Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Enablement Programs: Design and execute comprehensive programs that empower MSSP partners with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell, deploy, and support your security solutions.
  • Create and Update Enablement Materials: Develop and maintain a variety of enablement materials, such as training guides, sales tools, and technical documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and tailored to MSSP needs.
  • Organize and Lead Webinars: Plan and deliver regular webinars on key topics like product updates, best practices, and industry trends to keep MSSP partners engaged and informed.
  • Develop and Nurture MSSP Communities: Build and manage online communities where MSSP partners can collaborate, share insights, and learn from each other.
  • Monitor and Measure Program Success: Track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments like sales, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment and support for MSSP partners.
  • Ensure Compliance and Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring enablement programs remain relevant and adaptable to evolving requirements.
  • Facilitate Peer Learning: Encourage peer-to-peer learning opportunities within MSSP communities through roundtable discussions, partner panels, and success story presentations.
  • Leverage Multimedia Formats: Utilize various formats, such as videos, infographics, and interactive e-learning modules, to create engaging and easily digestible enablement content.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, partner enablement, with a focus on MSSP or similar business models.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing enablement programs that drive partner success.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a variety of enablement materials, including training guides, sales tools, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in an easily digestible manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture online communities and facilitate peer-to-peer learning among partners.
  • Experience leading webinars and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive e-learning modules.
