1. Strategic Development:
- Develop comprehensive employee relations and life cycle approaches.
- Design the regional/local approach, based on the global definitions, and finalize with the regional/local HR.
- Analyze regional HR trends, needs, regional developments in labor laws and workplace regulations, and challenges to develop informed HR strategies.
- Hold the employee relations and life cycle expertise and be able to provide consultations to business HR as to the company policies and practices – in collaboration with the regional/local HR.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders and other stakeholders to align regional strategies with global objectives.
2. Policy, Framework & Operational Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain global & regional HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks.
- Create dynamic infrastructure blueprints that can be seamlessly operationalized by the HR operation & services group, ensuring optimal employee experience at every lifecycle stage.
- Ensure regional policies comply with local labor laws and regulations and are culturally aligned. Should include consultation with Legal team, where relevant/needed.
- Draft and refine HR processes tailored to regional needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient and adaptable.
3. Tools, Resource Creation:
- Develop HR tools and resources to support regional teams.
- Ensure tools are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with Amdocs technology stack.
4. Knowledge sharing:
- Share best practices and updates with regional/local & business HR teams and Legal team.
- Develop and oversee the rollout of training materials to ensure consistent understanding and application of HR frameworks.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Review and assess the effectiveness of current HR practices regularly.
- Seek feedback from regional/local HR teams, Legal team and business leaders to refine and adapt HR strategies.
- Develop and maintain regional HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyze data to provide insights into HR practices and make recommendations for enhancements
6. External Partnerships:
- Network and collaborate with industry peers and participate in forums and conferences.
- Engage with external consultants and vendors as required.
