Graduate in: Telecom/ Electronics and Communication / Electrics and Electronics / Computer Engineering or related area

Working in Radio Network Planning and Optimization department (NPO) in Nokia, you will be learning about:

• Radio network design for telecommunication for 2G, LTE, 5G
• Parameter design and configuration of base station (BTS)
• Hw to optimize and troubleshoot radio problems in BTS like call drops, interference, data throughput issues
• IP and Transmission planning
• Interference analysis
• Collaboration in an international, Europe- spread team

What we expect:

• Masters or BSc of: Telecom/ Electronics and Communication / Electrics and Electronics Engineering
• Excellent English skills: both verbal and written
• Strong desire to learn & develop professionally
• Availability to work full-time

You should have:

• Interest in telecommunications in Radio and Microwave
• Basic understanding of Telecommunication technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G.
• Understanding of radio waves and propagation, antennas interference, modulation etc
• Basic coding and programming skills
• Analytical engineering mindset
• Interpolation of Data
• Ability to multitask
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suit (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
