As a Retail Client Advisor in the China Funds Sales team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of channels within the East China, with primary focus in Jiangsu Province and other locations in the region.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop regional sales plan and implement strategy based on divisional sales tasks and targets;
- Develop and maintain channels within the region in alignment with the company's overall channel strategy and management objectives of the regional sales center.
- Construct and maintain the marketing platform within the coverage, promote the company's branding, culture and value;
- Collect, update, and analyze the information about market, channel and customer within the region;
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Full Time Bachelor's degree or above;
- More than 2 years of experience in mutual fund, securities or bank;
- Familiar with distribution channels in the fund industry as well as the target client groups, and capable to select channels and carry out marketing according to the product nature;
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategies effectively while maintaining a strong sense of service under pressure;
- Proficient in public speaking with good communication skill;
- Possess team spirit along with an energetic personality willing to communicate frequently;
- Willing to travel frequently.
