The ideal candidate is an experienced technical manager with broad knowledge of business applications and technical IT concepts, as well as a firm understanding of in-country systems landscape and data sovereignty requirements. The ideal candidate would have managed small to medium sized direct reporting and indirect reporting teams to accomplish a common mission.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide in-house technical leadership and oversight for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) solutions, aligning with business requirements and strategic goals
- Collaborate with business areas, IT teams, and external partners to define and refine project scope and deliverables
- Provide leadership and guidance to both SAP technical and functional teams across the project lifecycle
- Provide career guidance, coaching and mentoring for a team of direct reporting analysts
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and innovations to integrate relevant solutions into the organization
- Developing roadmaps, delivery planning, project plans and be able to present these to senior leaders
- Develop integration plans for SAP and key non-SAP systems ensuring seamless functionality and data flow
- Document all architectural designs and changes, maintaining compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulations
- Recommend proposals to Steering Committee for changes or implementations to support effective cost savings across the landscape either technically or functionally.
