What You’ll Do
  • Create, Standardize, Debug and Troubleshoot programs of Fanuc Robots but not limited to it, also to machinery to perform processes such as material pick and place, dispense, fastening, testing and material transport.
  • Transfer experience and knowledge to maintenance team on sustaining Fanuc Robots and other multiple automation components and elements.
  • Create and/or improve intuitive operator touchscreen interfaces using Siemens WinCC.
  • Set up, tune and optimize servo drives and VFDs for fast and smooth operation (Siemens, SEW, Beckhoff).
  • Implement control reliable safety systems for safeguarding robots, gantries, conveyors, and other high-volume manufacturing equipment as per local codes and standards (DIN, VDE, ISO, IEC, etc.).
  • Be able to get up to speed on understanding Tesla controls standards, work with suppliers during specification, design review, design approval, buyoff, installation.
  • Support on the implementation of the maintenance strategy of equipment and machinery.
  • Be creative on data analysis solutions for predictive maintenance.
  • Support the supervisors on planning qualification for upskill the team.
  • Work in cross functional teams on methods to improve maintenance organizational and technical.
  • Document and admin the continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree as Bachelor / Master / Dipl.-Ing. (TH / FH) specializing in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Robot programming skills (Fanuc)
  • Robot mastering skills (Fanuc)
  • Hands on experience in Robot troubleshooting and repairs
  • Hands on experience in Robot commissioning
  • Able to use common hand tools and diagnostic instruments such as multi-meters
  • Industrial network and fieldbus topologies
  • Fluency in English language skills
  • Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Nice to Have:

  • Preferable but no limited to Siemens and/or Beckhoff PLC troubleshooting
  • Software programming skills (Python, etc.)
  • Electrical design experience (EPLAN)
  • HMI programming experience – WinCC, Ignition
  • Understanding of databases and various program languages (Java, Python)
  • Exposure to a wide variety of production machinery, industrial sensors, and equipment (DC nutrunners, leak testers, hi-pot testers, electrical testers
