Scaling Initiative Development:- Identify on-going go-to-market motions within AWS that can be replicable as Japan nationwide scaling initiative and expand the motions to the broader segments.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
- Drive the scaling initiatives as the Single Threaded Leaders.- Build and maintain relationships with senior management, ensuring alignment with AWS's strategic objectivesInnovation and Culture:
- Establish frameworks for calculated risk-taking and experimental approaches
- Champion and foster a "Think Big" culture within AWS Japan

- 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
