Minimum Qualifications
- - BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree
- - Data-driven approach to solving complex and novel technical problems
- - Management of simultaneous projects, including oversight of off-site programs
- - Strong engineering fundamentals with a basic understanding of design and metrology
- - Effective verbal and written English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- - Ability to work in a team-based environment
- - New product development in a fast-paced, high-volume, engineering environment
- - Large data analysis based on statistical best practices, ML model building and training
- - Introductory knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes and evaluation testing standards such as ASTM, TAPPI and ISTA
