Senior Travel & Expenses Analyst

Description of the Role:
All activities need to be performed timely and accurate as all GBS activities are performed on agreed SLA timelines. The activities will require working together and building business relationships with a variety of customers, stakeholders and relevant support functions.
The work will be performed in a team where a lot of interaction is required to ensure all activities are delivered timely, with highest quality and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel and Expense queries review, analytics and query handling via ticketing system
- Auditing T&E reports
- Support with maintaining process description and desktop procedure for Travel and Expense processes
- Comply with KPI’s and SLA’s as defined by GBS
- Support internal and external audits and audit-related matters
- Ensure all activities comply with corporate policy, legal demands, ethical standards and the Internal Quality Management System
- New system implementation and testing
- Compliance reporting preparation
- The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in and learn about the wider Procure to Pay process, as well as get exposure to the following tools: SAP, MS Suites (Excel, Word etc), Service Now.
- Providing trainings and support to other teams on T&E processes.
- Analyze and improve business operations across the T&E process, conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. Work collaboratively with other teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions.
- Applying LEAN methodology in practice. Log, maintain and drive till resolution Value Improvement ideas.

Requirements:
- Proficient SAP ERP User (FI module)
- At least 2-3 years experience in supporting T&E processes
- Experience within a Shared Service Centre (Finance-related) environment
- Fluent English (Verbal & Written) and any other language nice to have
