Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee one or more complex deals or large-scale programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of PMO Managers who handle individual projects or sub-programs.
• Establish program governance structures, delivery methodologies, and KPIs to track progress and performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and changes.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align programs with strategic objectives.
• Ensure resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects and teams.
• Monitor financials, budgeting, and forecasting for programs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, innovation in delivery approaches, and standardization.
• Present regular program updates and executive dashboards to leadership and clients

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including 3-5 years in a senior PMO leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar programs/deals.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and financial tracking.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Strategic thinking and ability to connect program delivery to business value.
• Expertise in tools such as MS Project, Power BI, JIRA, Clarity PPM, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience handling client-facing programs in sectors like IT services, BFSI, consulting, or telecom
