As our Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll provide support to the EY Oceania Campus Team throughout the campus recruitment cycle, to attract and recruit the best student talent to EY. You will also have the opportunity to work on Oceania-wide projects with the broader Campus Recruitment team, ensuring diversity, inclusion and equity is at the core of everything we do.For the occasional evening event and in very busy periods, you may be required to work flex hours.
Whilst each day will look different, some core daily elements will include:
- Preparing for and coordinating logistics for face-to-face and virtual internal and external recruitment events, including managing student registrations, setting up log-in links, room bookings, catering, sending calendar invitations, preparation of name badges and creating event schedules.
- Helping to organise assessment centres and early identification programs, including contacting candidates to confirm interviews, interview scheduling, sending confirmations, preparing materials and providing on the day support.
- Calendar and inbox management of shared Campus graduate inboxes
- Assisting with the on-boarding process of graduates, interns and casuals, including data entry, and maintaining records
- Be the face of EY on campus at local universities; engage with potential candidates and build on existing relationships with our university stakeholders and student societies
- Managing candidates who request adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with the marketing team on branding and promoting our recruitment events
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required, such as invoicing, printing, sending merchandise for events, organising catering and assisting other Campus Team locations across Oceania as and when required
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
- Adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines in a fast pace, complex environment
- A passion for the early careers space
- Previous experience in high volume student recruitment support or marketing role
- Ability to be agile and support teams remotely in other locations.
