Services development associate
The roles required to work closely with local and regional services demand generation teams to drive synergies and align to our strategic intent as it evolves and transitions to cloud.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The purpose of this position is to create demand for services assigned accounts and extend into mid-market increasing coverage in the Market Unit by generating new pipeline and progression through:
- Integrated Account planning
- Data analysis and insights
- Understanding the KPIs apparent to the demand management team
- Understanding market segmentation, customer profiles and services portfolio
- Meticulous orchestration, execution, and consolidation of demand sources
- Facilitate and curate agenda for customer events by working closely with marketing team of the market unit.
- Drive customer facing activities to progress services opportunities.
- Digital campaign execution, lead management and progression
- Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process.
- Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline)
- Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process.
Services Sales Development Associate generates and qualifies leads through proper means, and nurtures aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned services account executives for further sales progress.
Campaign Execution & Lead Management:
- Work with the Outreach specialist
- Support the roll out of the digital campaign for their respective MU
- Localise content.
- Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means.
- Align with Sales colleagues prior to digital campaign execution.
- Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with sales team.
- Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution.
Training & Enablement:
- Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
- Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-lead activities.
- Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner.
Experience and Language Requirements- Understanding of market dynamics impacting services sales
- Understanding of the partner eco system and services offerings
- 2+ years’ experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
- Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work.
- High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
- Fluency in English & Korean is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Comfortable with SAP CRM tools and reporting
- Can do attitude
