As a Java Support Engineer, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system improvements and optimizations.Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support for Java-based applications and systems
Troubleshooting and resolving complex software issuesMonitoring system performance and suggesting optimizations
Documenting support processes and maintaining knowledge bases

A day in the life1. Aligning with our Mobile First approach; Java Support Technicians owns automation across various platforms like Mobile Web, Mobile Apps and Desktop browsers.
2. Role requires execution of SOP driven small coding assignments as well, understanding amazon tools and systems, making configuration changes to those systems, identifying opportunities for automation as well.

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
