A day in the life1. Aligning with our Mobile First approach; Java Support Technicians owns automation across various platforms like Mobile Web, Mobile Apps and Desktop browsers.
2. Role requires execution of SOP driven small coding assignments as well, understanding amazon tools and systems, making configuration changes to those systems, identifying opportunities for automation as well.
- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- 1+ years of software development experience
