Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include onboarding 3P Partners, Supporting 3P partner requests, troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing tools, automation and monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA and Ruby with Rails), updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges and improving operational excellence and readiness of the systems.Some of the key job functionsOnboard 3P partners and support partner requestsProvide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and servicesWork on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Ruby, Rails, Java, Python, or shell scripts,AWS, web technologies projects.Software deployment support in staging and production environmentsDevelop tools to aid operations and maintenanceSystem and Support status reporting

- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- 3+ years of software development, or and technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings

- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
