- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience building and managing relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support clientrelationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with digital marketing or advertising, and experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
