– Power]located inThis position will be responsible for design quality on all of Shanghai design center design project and also define design reliability item towards customer requirement

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Interact with customers. Match their quality requirements towards our quality assurance plan.
• Interact and support Customer in certain RMA cases with Analyses and Investigations
• Keep up the knowledge of relevant industry standards for our operations.
• Suggest changes or additions of qualifications tests to meet standards and customer requirement.
• Perform reliability calculations both based on theoretical and statistical methods.
• Interact with our RMA management
• Drive DFMEA for Project and be a port of Product development
• Drive design quality review activity within project development

:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering or relevant technical experience.
• Experience in quality assurance
• Experience in customer relations and communication
• Fluent in SpokenEnglish and could attend meeting with international customers and internal oversea colleagues,

Here are a few of our preferred experience:

• Knowledge of IPC- or other relevant standards for electronic devices
• Knowledge of calculation of demonstrated MTBF
• Knowledge of Telcordia (or similar) reliability standard
• Experience from RMA management (Failure module return and analysis management)
