Your responsibilities will span the entire quality assurance lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and implement both manual and automated testing strategies. Your work will directly impact the quality of Alexa's contact management capabilities, ensuring that users can effortlessly manage their connections in this voice-first world.About the team• Work on a product used by millions, with the potential to revolutionize how people communicate
• Engage with a broad spectrum of technologies, from voice recognition to large language models
• Be at the cutting edge of AI and ML applications in consumer products
• Collaborate with experts across various domains in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience scripting or coding
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
