As a Product Delivery Associate within the Corporate and Investment Bank Wholesale Lending Services team, you are entrusted with ensuring the stable and scalable delivery of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cultivate essential relationships, and facilitate the product's ongoing value delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify methods to boost efficiencies
- Provide user support during production incidents and proactively communicate status
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within WLS
- Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences
- Refine product backlog in JIRA, and use cases with exceptional detail and discipline
- Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor.
- Manage PROD support activities i.e. simulation of user issues, timely resolution of priority queries, issue prioritization, escalation and stakeholder engagement.
- Represent the user group by presenting documented requirements to the technology teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Sound understanding of credit monitoring processes within a global banking set up.
- Keen understanding on covenants monitoring, borrowing bases and security valuation modules etc. Tracking and understanding task SLAs etc. Understanding of simple and complex credit agreements.
- Experience executing operations change readiness activities
- Experience in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience within large Financial Services firms preferred
- Experience with implementing and using workflow tools
- Commercial banking facility covenant monitoring processes
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
