What you'll do

We are part of the engineering department, working at the intersection of business and IT. You will support the team that has recently gone through organizational change by supporting in change management activities.

• You drive or support projects in the areas of knowledge management, cross-team alignment, reporting, defining and documenting new processes,...
• You also work closely with the Product Owner, e.g. keeping a clean backlog, consolidating user feedback, facilitating workshops, ...
• This work will allow you to get first-hand experience and be close to topics like agile engineering operations, team management, product management, change management, and others.
• Optionally, depending on your background and interest, you can also support the team members in technical work (e.g. SQL, building dashboards), or process analysis and improvement.

What you bring

• You are currently a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Good English communication skills
• You are well organized and reliable
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Experience working with data, e.g. data analysis, is a plus
• Ideally you have relevant experience, e.g. from previous working student jobs or internships
• Curiousity, ability to deal with change
