Required / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Technical command of AI, Low-Code, No-Code, Application Development & M365 environment
  • As this role requires collaboration with local customers, fluency in Greek is required.

Additional/ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Copilot technical insight or GenAI technical sales experience
  • Project Management or Adoption/Change Management background / certification
Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Proof:You will demonstrate (e.g., via Architectural Design Sessions, or Proof of Concept sessions) Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Extensions. Leading with curiosity, you will discover, educate, present, apply AI architecture patterns for design/development/configuration/deployment and adoption planning to ensure we uncover, progress & unlock the value of Copilot for every employee in every department, in every company. You will leverage the extensibility of Copilot by understanding business process needs & productivity goals of each customer and align them to specific use cases & value proposition of Copilot.
  • Build for Future of work:You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, platform extensions and competitors in the Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Extensions to unlock Employee productivity & experience. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific Microsoft Modern Work solutions, and the platform approach in a competitive landscape and deliver core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance Microsoft Copilot capabilities and to develop compete strategies.
  • Scale Customer Engagements:You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context and creating new opportunities to grow the Microsoft tech footprint; expertise and depth knowledge in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Extensions, Employee Experience and Frontline Worker solutions along with other technical and industry knowledge. Leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams including partners and Customer Success Unit leveraging knowledge of processes, tools, and programs.
  • Education:You will proactively identify learning & adoption gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Microsoft Teams products and services.
  • Scale Through Partners:You will act as the liaison between the partner and team and facilitating partner resources and processes. Identifying Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Extensions, Employee Experience and Frontline Worker skill- and resource gaps and providing feedback to internal teams.
