What you’ll achieveAs a Mechanical Engineer in the CSG Hardware Engineering Rotation Program, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity by following standard engineering practices and using judgment within defined practices and procedures. You will build, test and modify hardware product prototypes, and determine power requirements. You will also plan, organizes and conduct technical projects within new or
enhanced hardware products or systems.
You will:
- Have 3 rotations, each 12 months long – each cycle, you have the opportunity to review all Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other Hardware related roles and tell us your preferences of which roles best align to your career goals and interests
- Gain a breadth of skills and knowledge across our CSG technologies
- Have a strong support network of managers, peer advisors, buddies and program owners to assist you in your career planning
- Experience well-rounded trainings including both soft skills and functional knowledge
Essential Requirements- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with a graduation date between February 2024 and July 2025
- Ability to build, repair and prepare assemblies across product lines
- Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by applying fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
