- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team
- Provide direct supervision of technical support staff, including recruitment and evaluations
- Mentor your team members and provide oversight, coaching, and training to meet KPIs
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to generate greater knowledge and enhance customer experience
- 2+ years of experience as a technical support team leader
- Able to apply a data-driven approach to resolve complex issues
- Skilled at guiding others through technical processes in layman’s terms
- A team player who cultivates trust and upholds transparency
- Able to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Highly proficient in English and Hebrew
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms - an advantage
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and PHP - an advantage
- Experience with Elementor tools - an advantage
