Responsibilities
Providing L2 and L3 end user support
Coordinate and lead a team of specialists
Support the full development cycle of Arm's applications, platforms and services in line with business requirements
Peer reviewing work to ensure high-quality standards
Maintaining service levels and performance
Continuous service improvement
Required skills and experience
Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation
Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
Development experience in Python
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud platforms using services such as Lambda, Function Apps, S3, AKS, EKS
Developing user interfaces using React
"Nice to have" skills and experience
Java and Spring Framework
Continuous integration/Continuous deployment, e.g. Azure DevOps/Jenkins/TeamCity
JavaScript or Node.js
RESTful API development including RAML and Swagger
SQL and NoSQL databases, e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB
Version. control using Git
Leadership & people skills
Experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator in an operational support environment
Deep technical proficiency supporting and building custom software applications within a cloud platform.
You can work autonomously and follow a clear vision from the Technical Team Manager.
