Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program management consulting, or an operations-related function, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Experience in project management at a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
- Experience managing and delivering programs and projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to set goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Ability to establish and maintain standardized processes, methodologies, and best practices for project and program management.
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor project performance, track key metrics, and evaluate project outcomes against predefined goals and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor project managers and teams effectively, and communication and teamwork skills for facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
