Your key responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of financial accounting advisory engagements
- Work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team leader on progress
- Manage in delivering accounting advisory projects, preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Making technical contributions to accounting advisory client engagements
- IFRS – US GAAP Conversion Services,
- Finance Function Efficiency Improvement Project,
- Management Reporting,
- Budgeting and Modelling,
- Quality Close & Hard Close Services
- Working Capital Improvement Projects,
- Financial Architecture of ERP implementations such as Oracle and SAP,
- Cost Accounting Design,
- Predeal – post deal finance integration,
- New accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and 16, IAS 29
- Finance Process Improvements,
- Forecasted cash flow,
- Zero Base Budgeting,
- IPO Support.
What we look for
- A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline,
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in related areas, preferably in advisory, with project / team management experience,
- Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English,
- Experience inConsultingservices is an asset,
- Big4 experience is an asset,
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP,
- Financial statement close process and process control documentation knowledge,
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications,
- Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, KGK, SPK) is an asset
- Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements,
- Male candidates must have fulfilled or postponed their military service obligations
