The Sponsored Products Bidding team is accountable for the real time bidding system for Sponsored Products. We model multiple scenarios based on the opportunity of an ad to receive a click and dynamically adjust the bids at the request level. Bidding service requires operating with low latency, while running multiple machine learning models in real time.This role needs to continue raising the bar in operational excellence, including pro-actively identifying and delivering improvements and dealing with live site issues effectively with clarity in communication.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
