• Lead a team of algorithm engineers through theoretical and practical research aimed at implementing advanced algorithms in FW and ASIC. • Ensure efficient execution of tasks within development cycles in coordination with other teams. • Represent the team in cross-functional forums, management meetings and technical discussions with third parties. • Lead problem resolution and debugging that occur during testing and mass production while cooperating with other groups in the organization. • Drive innovation by introducing novel algorithms and contributing to IP generation.
- • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing small R&D teams
- • Strong technical background in DSP, storage, or communication algorithms
- • Results-driven leader with excellent multitasking skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in complex organizations
- • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- • Independent and self-motivated with proven creative and critical thinking skills
- • MSc or PhD in EE – an advantage
