Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtualization technologies, particularly Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related Azure services. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and accessible manner.
Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to influence technical decision-makers and drive customer commitment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, virtualization) are highly desirable.
Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with IT decision-makers, including CIOs and CTOs, to understand their business and technical requirements. Articulate how Microsoft virtualization solutions can meet their needs and help them achieve their business objectives.
Solution Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep knowledge of Microsoft’s virtualization offerings, including Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related security and management solutions. Lead technical discussions and guide customers on best practices for implementation and optimization.
Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets for virtualization solutions. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging account planning, prospecting, and relationship management skills.
Technical Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the broader Microsoft account teams, including Cloud Solution Architects and Technical Specialists, to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in virtualization and cloud computing. Provide feedback to Microsoft’s product teams to influence future product development and strategy.
Compliance and Trust: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to Microsoft’s ethical standards, particularly in the areas of customer privacy, data security, and compliance.
