• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of experience with aspects of observability engineering such as code instrumentation, identifying code reliability issues based on telemetry, and developing requirements to inform analytics for tracking service reliability.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Data Explorer or comparable tools.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• 3+ years TPM experience in cloud services engineering or operations.
• 2+ years of experience with BI and BI tools for data modeling and visualization.
• 1+ years SQL experience.

• Work with engineering teams across the organization to model their reliability scenarios and streamline standardized telemetry instrumentation.
