RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will work closely with Client Account Managers, Market Sales Directors and Head of Sectors on opportunity and client positioning activities of business critical opportunities which involve developing appealing differentiations for all levels of our client organizations, including C-suite.
  • Within the function, you pro-actively initiate, facilitate and lead the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process to help position Jacobs to win major projects, programs and develop meaningful client relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • The focus is on specific opportunities, client accounts or new services that contribute overall growth for our region partnership with our Outside Sales Market Directors.
  • Advocating and implementing our bespoke process.
  • The Senior Proposal Manager works autonomously and has the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In order to be successful, you will be a self-starter, develop creative solutions to tackle challenges, create a team environment and support others.
  • You collaborate, motivate, and challenge your partners in developing distinctive value propositions that enhance our customers’ competitive position.
  • Leverage global network to identify and put forward Jacobs’ unique capabilities and resources. Organize, direct, and motivate multidiscipline opportunity teams to develop sales deliverables across the portfolio to grow the business.
  • Responsible for developing Sales and Marketing Materials
