Job Summary:

As a Presentation Specialist within the Global Corporate Finance Operations (GCFO) team, you will provide dedicated and responsive services to ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format. You will work closely with our offshore colleagues in India and other global members, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on professional growth and learning.Presentation Services Tokyo operates 24 hours for 5 days (Mondays to Fridays) and Sunday night. Shift arrangements cover approximately 8 hours per day and 5 days a week. The current shift is from 12pm – 9pm /2pm – 11pm/3pm – 0am, Mondays to Fridays with one hour break. Shift arrangement/Overtime work to cover someone on leave and/or other business needs are required occasionally in short notice. We work with our offshore centers (India) and the Global Presentation Services teams based in the US, EMEA, Argentina and APAC. You will involve in liaison with the global colleagues.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format in a template environment
• Partner closely with our offshore colleagues in India and other global members
• Perform general administration or other duties".

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge and strength in creating charts and tables, and working with Excel formulas
• Excellent typing and proofreading skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
• The requirement for Japanese language skills is N1 certification from the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test.
• It is a requirement to reside in Japan.

• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
