As a TAM Business Support Lead you will be responsible for training and supporting TAM personnel on all TAM business processes to ensure best practice, maximum efficiency and reduced risk. A key focus of the role is to continually drive internal compliance requirements, advise on changes and keep all personnel abreast of internal processes that affect them
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop and implement standardised processes, procedures and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure consistency
- Stay abreast of HWL processes that affect the TAM business
- Provide training, coaching and support to teams to ensure understanding and adherence to established processes and procedures
- Communicate changes effectively, managing resistance and ensuring smooth transition to new processes or systems
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Completion of high school certificate
- Working within compliance environments and ensuring work practises are aligned and managed in accordance with
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office applications, financial systems, SharePoint and various operating systems
- Must have excellent verbal and writing skills.Can articulate clear and concise information with structure and flow
