Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing engineering teams with technical management, program management, and cross-group collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading and managing alarge scaletest, development,and qualification team for Cloud infrastructureor hardwareproducts.
• Intellectual curiosity anda passionabout learning and deployingnew technologies, including experience developing new memory technologies and platforms.
• Experience with software automation fortestof large-scale distributed systems and datacenter infrastructure forcompute, storage, and Al GPU applications.
• Experience managing complex partner engagement and leading engineering collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results,createa high-performing, healthy and scalable organization.
• Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyze problems and guide solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with executives and technology leaders inside and outside of Microsoft.

Hardware Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
